When choosing Drop Ship for your quick shipping delivery method, a 3rd party drop ship vendor (the supplier) sends a purchased item straight to your customer.

Pre-Order Setup for Drop Shipping
Before you are able to fulfill an order using the Drop Ship Delivery Method, you must connect your organization to the Drop Ship Vendor, and add that vendor to NikoHealth. For information on how to get set up, visit our help article on this topic: Setup and Manage Drop Ship Vendors.
Select Quick Ship for Order
Navigate to the order you are fulfilling. Click the NikoHealth Blue Plus Sign Button and choose Quick Ship.
This will take you to the Shipment Details for this order.
In the Products section, the upper gray bar includes a dropdown menu for choosing your Delivery Method. This is where you will choose Drop Ship as the Delivery Method.
Add Shipment Details
Select Drop Ship as your Delivery Method.
This will prompt a new data field to select your Drop Ship Vendor account. If you have multiple items in this order, you can choose to apply Drop Ship as the Delivery Method for ALL items by clicking the blue Apply to All button. If you need to vary the Delivery Method by item in this order, leave the Delivery Method option in the gray bar blank. You can then choose a Delivery Method for each item listed below.
After you've selected a Vendor Account and you are satisfied with your items, click Save.
Track Items and Shipment
After saving your Drop Ship order, you will be brought to the Items tab on the Order.
This is where you can monitor the status of the order and track shipment details for the order items.
The Order Status will update to In-Progress and the status of the item will update.
Once the item has shipped, the Order Status will change to Completed, Tracking information will populate for each item, and the invoice will generate. The Date of Service will be populated based off of the ship date.
Click the blue Track button to see tracking details for each item.
Expand the History section to see entire history of product shipment. You can also download a Proof of Delivery document for your records. (Note: NikoHealth stores the Proof of Delivery and retains all tracking information for orders as long as they remain in the system).
