Quick Shipping in NikoHealth is a fulfillment option whereby an item(s) is shipped to a patient (versus the patient receiving the item in-person).

Items that are quick shipped may be shipped by you, or by a 3rd party drop ship vendor. This article breaks down the different Quick Ship delivery methods and the specific workflows that apply to each.

Quick ship delivery methods include:

When you're completing the shipment details for a Quick Ship Order, you'll select the delivery method.

When choosing Inventory for your quick shipping delivery method, you'll select items from your Inventory in NikoHealth, and ship to a patient. The system will highlight available items in your Inventory that you can choose from and add to the order.

When choosing Non-Inventoried for your quick shipping delivery method, you'll select items that you're NOT tracking in your NikoHealth Inventory, and ship to a patient.

Drop Shipping is a Quick Ship Order where a 3rd party drop ship vendor (the supplier) sends a purchased item straight to your customer. The product itself never passes through your hands. This automated process allows you fulfill your orders faster, reduce inventory on hand and further streamline your operational efficiency.

NikoHealth integrates with multiple Drop Ship vendors to enable this functionality in the system. The following drop ship vendors can be configured to your NikoHealth site to allow you to fulfill your orders and ship the products directly to your customers:
