When choosing Inventory for your quick shipping delivery method, you'll select items from your Inventory in NikoHealth, and ship to a patient. The system will highlight available items in your Inventory that you can choose from and add to the order.

Select Quick Ship for Order
Navigate to the order you are fulfilling. Click the NikoHealth Blue Plus Sign Button and choose Quick Ship.
This will take you to the Shipment Details for this order.
In the Products section, the upper gray bar includes a dropdown menu for choosing your Delivery Method. This is where you will choose Inventory as the Delivery Method.
Add Shipment Details
After selecting your Delivery Method, additional options will appear in the gray bar. This is where you can add additional shipping details to this order.
If all the items in this order will be shipped the same, and you want these details to apply to the entire order, complete the data fields and select the blue Apply to All button. If you need to add additional items to this order, select the blue Add button.
If you your shipment details will vary within this order, you can go to the specific items listed to manage the Delivery Method and other details.
Shipping Label:
NikoHealth integrates with GoShippo to help you quickly and seamlessly create shipping labels for your packages, right from within NikoHealth.
To create a shipping label, you need to first open an account with GoShippo. For more information on this process, visit our help article on Shipping Labels.
Complete data fields with Shipping Label, Tracking #, Carrier, and Ship Date. Note that a Ship Date is required.
Add Items from Inventory
After choosing Inventory as your Delivery Method, a box appears to Pick items from your Inventory. The box also shows the quantity available. Click the green Pick button to select items from inventory.
You will be brought to the Add from Inventory screen.
You can scan or enter the barcode, or click Search to search locations for the product.
Choose the location/warehouse of the item and select OK.

You will be brought to the Select Items screen.
You can now select the item you want for this order, and pull it from your inventory. You can also adjust the quantity selected. When you are ready, click the blue Select button to add this item to your Quick Ship Order. (Note: If the item you are shipping contains a serial number, it will prompt you for it here. Type it in and select Enter. As long as the serial number you are putting in corresponds to the equipment that is stored in that location, it will let you continue.)
When you are done adding items, click the blue Finish button. This will bring you back to your Order Shipment Details. If there are additional Inventory items to pick, repeat the process until all of the items in your order have been selected from your inventory. If you did not choose a Delivery Method for ALL items, you will need to individually add the Delivery Method and shipment details for each item.
When you have added all items for this order, and applied any necessary shipment details, click Save. The order will now show completed and an invoice will generate.
