Overview

Tasks allow you to set reminders and assign actions to other users and can be found in your personal task queue, patient records, order details, and invoices. There are several ways to manage your tasks, you can mark them complete, add notes to them, edit them, and delete them. We’ll go over all of these actions in this article.

Remember, to work with a task you must first open it on your screen. For information on how to locate tasks, see the article Find and View Tasks.

Add and View Task Notes

After tasks are created, actions taken can be recorded in a Notes section. You can also view previous notes from other team members. Note that tasks with the status of Completed or Archived cannot have new notes added.

Notes have the same basic functionality across NikoHealth, for more information see the article Understanding Notes.
