Overview

Admins can update user accounts at any time, whether to update their basic profile information or to change their roles and permission levels.

In this article, we’ll go over how to update user profiles.


Edit User Details

First, you need to open the appropriate user profile. For help locating user profiles, see the article Find and View a User Profile.

Edit any of the sections in the Details tab as needed. When you’re done, click to Save in the bottom right.


Update User Permissions

First, you need to open the appropriate user profile. For help locating user profiles, see the article Find and View a User Profile.

At the top of the user profile, click the Permissions tab.

You can add additional roles or remove roles as needed.

User roles have preset permissions, to change them, you need to edit the user role. See the article Manage User Roles for more information.

Individual permissions can be updated in the bottom section.

When you’re done, click to Save in the bottom right.
