Overview
You should use caution when deleting patient profiles as this cannot be undone.
Note: If a person is no longer your patient, it is recommended to instead change the patient status to inactive rather than delete their profile. This will maintain a record of all their information in your system.
You can delete patients individually or by selecting multiple to remove at once. We’ll go over all three in this article.
Delete an Individual Patient
First, find and view the appropriate patient profile.
Click to open the profile of the patient you want to delete. In the top right, click the blue plus sign.
Select Delete Patient.
Delete Multiple Patients
Select the Patient feature in the top menu.
To select all of the patients on the screen, click the top checkbox next to the Patients column. Otherwise, use the checkboxes to the left to select the desired patients.
In the top right, click the blue plus sign.
Click Delete Selected.
