Overview
Patient records can be permanently deleted from NikoHealth. But you should use caution when doing this as it cannot be undone.
Instead, if a person is no longer your patient, we recommend you change the Patient status to Inactive rather than deleting the Patient's Profile. This will keep the record in your system if you ever need it.
Delete an Individual Patient
First, find and view the appropriate Patient Profile. While on the Profile, click the NikoHealth Blue Action Button and select Delete Patient.
Delete Multiple Patients at Once
To batch delete multiple Patients at once, navigate to the Patient queue under the Patients tab. Use the checkboxes next to each Patient name to select the Patients you want to delete. Take advantage of the filters at the top to find all the Patients you're looking for.
After selecting the Patients you wish to delete, click the NikoHealth Blue Action Button and choose Delete Selected from the menu.
