Key Information for Inventory Locations

For each Inventory Location, you can add the following information.

Location Details

Inventory Location Details include the address and phone number, and a location map. You can set the address as the default address.

Reorder Settings

Reorder settings for an Inventory Location define the rules that control when and how Inventory is replenished at a specific location. Note: this used to be called PAR levels in NikoHealth.

Within each Inventory Location, you can create and manage Reorder Settings. This allows you to manage your Inventory levels by location, create location-specific order cycles, and automate new Purchase Orders.

BIN Rules

Bin rules are a way to help you organize where items go in your Inventory Location. By assigning a Bin Rule, you are adding a specific space in your location where the item should be placed or located. Learn more about adding Bin Rules to Inventory Locations.

Vendor Accounts

The Vendor Accounts tab in an Inventory Location allows you to manage your Vendors by Inventory Location and add account numbers if needed. Learn more about adding Vendor Accounts to Inventory Locations.

Custom Fields in Inventory Locations

Custom fields allow you to customize the information you want to track for your Inventory Locations. In this tab, you can view and edit existing custom fields for this Inventory Location.

If you want to create a new custom field, you'll do that in:

Management > Application Settings > Custom Fields.
